At jujube we appreciate that although the standard of our product is
exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is
not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it. If that is
the case we encourage you to contact us via email, phone or fax to
arrange an exchange.
you may return non-sale merchandise with an
original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund
or store credit (less shipping costs). Non-sale merchandise returned
without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase, and
merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store
credit only. All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds
or credits are available.
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges
will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging
and labels intact. An additional delivery fee for this service will be
charged.
Faulty Goods
At jujube every
dispatched item, is checked and packaged with care. Should an item be
faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via phone, email or fax to
discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with
labels and packaging intact. jujube will give a full refund for faulty
items, on approval of fault. Shipping costs will not be included in
refund.
