When will my order be sent?

All orders received prior to 2.30pm will be dispatched on the same day, this excludes weekends and public holidays.

How much does it cost?

Delivery within New Zealand is a flat rate $7.00

We use the serices of CourierPost and a tracking number will be available for all sent items, should you at any stage require the tracking number please contact us.

All parcels are insured against loss or damage.

Delivery to Australia is a flat rate NZ$24.95

Delivery to Asia is a flat rate NZ$39.95

Delivery to North America is a flat rate NZ$39.95

Delivery to UK & Europe is a flat rate NZ$44.95

We use the services of New Zealand Post's International Air with Track and Trace or International Economy Courier for all our International orders.

The price may be higher than standard post, but there is more efficent methods to finding missing parcels!!

International Air with Track and Trace is available to 19 key destinations: including Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, USA, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and South Korea in approximately 3 - 10 working days.

International Economy Courier is available to 25 key destinations worldwide; Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK and USA in approximately 2 - 6 working days.

Very occasionally there is a discrepancy in the shipping charge provided by the site, in this case we will contact you to arrange payment. In addition to delivery charges customers are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may apply.

How long will orders take to arrive?

North lsland orders will generally take between 1-2 working days to arrive.

South Island orders will generally take between 2-3 working days to arrive.

International orders will generally take between 3-10 working days to arrive.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box address?

Yes we can deliver items to PO Boxes.

How can l track my order? 

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation that will include your CourierPost tracking number. To find out the status of your order once it has been shipped, please visit http://www.courierpost.co.nz/Track/Track+n+Trace/default.html and enter your tracking number.

How do you deliver gift vouchers?

Gift Vouchers are also sent by courier with NZ, but free of charge, or if you prefer we can send gift vouchers by email.
